My Story
After years spent working as a nurse in war zones and embassies, on airfields and open seas,
I came to understand that healing is not just found in medicine.
It lives in movement. In stillness. In breath and in belonging.
It lives in the moments we remember: we are not broken things to be fixed,
but wild souls — here to feel, to connect, to come home to ourselves.
From Service to Stillness
The Wild Soul Studio was born from this remembering —
a calling to serve differently, more gently.
From a nurse’s hands once holding surgical instruments, now turned toward holding space.
From a life lived in service, now softened by ritual and rhythm.
The Path I Walk
Through yoga, sound, and stillness, I hold space for people to reconnect with themselves —
to release what they’re carrying, to breathe deeply, and to remember who they are beneath the noise of daily life.
What began as a personal practice gradually became a way of life.
Along the way, I trained in massage, aromatherapy, EFT, and personal training,
became a certified sound therapist and a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher,
and brought with me over 20 years of nursing experience across continents, cultures, and crises.
Now, I run a small studio — full of heart — in the centre of Bangor.
A space to soften, to return, to begin again.
A Place to Land
This studio is a refuge —
for those who crave rest, realness, and a way to feel again.
It’s not about performance. It’s not about perfection.
It’s about presence. Breath. Reconnection.
