Tuesdays 7:45pm & Saturdays 11:30 am Limited Spaces Available This is strength training — the Wild Soul way. Grounded. Compassionate. Empowering. And full of heart. Wild Soul Strong is a 6-week programme designed especially for women who want to build strength that supports their body, their lifestyle, and their long-term wellbeing. We meet twice a week in an intimate, supportive group, moving mindfully through thoughtfully designed training sessions that build functional strength — without competition, pressure, or overwhelm. Each session is structured using clearly defined strength stations, allowing every participant space to move, grow, and feel seen — all with guidance that honours your pace and your body. And on Saturdays, we’ll finish with a warm cup of tea and space for connection — including relaxed, supportive chats around nutrition, health, and long-term vitality. ✨ What’s included: 💪 12 small group strength sessions (Tues & Sat) 💪 Expert support from a qualified personal trainer who lives and breathes strength training and understands what it means to be a woman in her mid-40s navigating perimenopause, energy shifts, and long-term wellbeing 💪 All equipment provided 💪 Community connection after Sunday sessions 🫖 — with time to ask gentle questions around fuelling your body well 💪 A non-competitive, trauma-aware space where you’re encouraged & celebrated, never judged 🌿 Why strength training matters — especially for women: ♥️ Supports bone density and reduces risk of osteoporosis ♥️ Builds lean muscle to protect joints and improve posture ♥️ Boosts energy, mood, and confidence ♥️ Helps maintain mobility, independence, and vitality as we age ♥️ Strengthens more than your body — it builds self-trust, resilience, and ease in movement This is a different kind of self-care. Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions By purchasing a session, membership, or course with Sara West trading as Wild Soul (hence forth referred to as "Wild Soul"), you confirm that you have read & agree to the following terms and conditions. Refund Policy As a small business, Wild Soul cannot offer refunds for sessions, courses, or deposits. Monthly Membership Cancellations Membership payments auto renew on a monthly basis. Session credits are non-transferrable. You may cancel their membership at any time, & the next payment shall not be taken. Members will continue to have access to services until the end of the current billing period. Cancellations and Transfers If you are unable to attend a session or course, please notify us as soon as possible. If we can fill your place from a waiting list, we may offer a transfer of credit. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively, you are welcome to nominate someone to attend in your place. Please provide their full name, email address, and phone number in advance so we can confirm details directly with them. Course Cancellations by Wild Soul Sessions & courses require a minimum number of bookings to run. If this number is not met, we reserve the right to amend or cancel the event. In such cases, you will be notified in advance & entitled to a full refund. Responsibility for Attendance Wild Soul is not responsible for missed or cancelled transport or other external factors that may prevent your attendance at a session or course. Disclaimer Personal Responsibility Participation in any session or course is undertaken at your own risk. Wild Soul is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or other misfortunes that may occur during or as a result of your participation. You are solely responsible for ensuring your personal safety during all sessions and courses. Medical Conditions and Injuries Group classes are not tailored to individual medical conditions or injuries. If you have a medical condition or injury, it is your responsibility to seek advice and obtain consent from a qualified medical professional before participating in yoga or other forms of exercise provided by Wild Soul. Release of Liability By participating in services provided by Wild Soul, you agree to release & hold harmless Wild Soul from any claims, demands, damages, or costs arising from or connected to your participation. This includes any loss or damage to yourself or your property caused by acts or omissions by Wild Soul.

Accessibility

Please note: Whilst it is our aim to make yoga as accessible to as many bodies as possible, all of our facilities are on the first floor. Unfortunately as a small business, we are not yet in a position to be able to offer wheelchair access or access to our facilities to those people with bodies unable to independently ascend/descend the stairs.
